"pingai" AI Monitoring Application
Getting Started
Registration & Login
Sign up: You can register with your email and password.
Sign in: You may log in with your registered email, Google (Gmail), or Microsoft account.
After logging in, you will land on the Home Dashboard.
- Home Dashboard Overview
The Home Dashboard displays widgets generated from your agents.
If you don’t have any agents yet, you will see prompts to add one.
Widgets provide summaries of monitored systems: performance, alerts, and recommendations.
Adding Agents
Option 1: Self-Service (AI Wizard)
Click “Add Agent” to start.
The AI assistant will guide you through a step-by-step questionnaire:
What do you want to monitor? (e.g., server, website, application)
Where is your system located? (IP address, domain, etc.)
Which parameters are important to you? (CPU, RAM, disk space, network, HTTP, SSL, etc.)
Answer the questions. The AI will configure monitoring based on your input.
Option 2: Invite Your Administrator
If you are not the system admin, you can invite your administrator for setup.
Click “Invite Admin”, enter their email, and send an invitation.
Your admin can then configure monitoring and agents for you.
Managing Agents
Each agent appears as a card/widget on your dashboard.
Click on an agent to access its details:
Name, type, description
Online/offline status
Monitoring metrics and graphs (CPU, RAM, disk, network, etc.)
Alerts and incidents history
Agent Actions
Edit: Change agent parameters, name, description, monitoring settings.
Delete: Remove an agent (with confirmation prompt).
Share: Invite other users (admin, colleague) to view or edit the agent.
Notifications & Alert Rules
For each agent, you can set up notification rules:
Example: CPU usage > 80%, RAM > 90%, disk < 10GB, HTTP errors, SSL expiring soon.
Go to agent details, click “Set Notifications”.
Choose thresholds/values and notification types (in-app, email).
Notifications will inform you when conditions are met.
Daily AI Analysis & Recommendations
Every day, the AI evaluates collected logs and metrics.
You receive a summary and recommendations:
Issues detected (e.g., high server load, SSL expiration, downtime)
Suggestions to improve system performance and security
Recommendations may be for you or for your administrator.
Custom Dashboards
Create your own dashboards to visualize data that matters to you.
Add widgets from your agents, customize views and layout.
Dashboards help you organize monitoring per project, system, or team.
Sharing & Collaboration
Share agents with other users by entering their email address.
Assign permissions: view only or edit.
Manage sharing: add, remove, modify permissions anytime.
Monitoring, Alerts & Logs
See the current status of all your agents.
Review alerts, incidents, and log history for each agent.
Use filters and search to quickly find relevant information.
Logging Out
Click your profile icon (top right).
Select “Log out” to safely exit the app.
Help & Support
Access “Help” or “Support” from the app menu.
Find guides, FAQs, or contact support for assistance.
